BOOKING:

Reservations at The Abbey – Nashville Indiana must be guaranteed with payment in full at the time of the reservation. Acceptable payment forms are Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We strongly recommend against using a debit card for payment. Your card will be charged at the time you make the reservation. The Abbey – Nashville Indiana is not liable for any fees incurred if you do not have sufficient funds in your account and are over drawn. Your card on file will also be used for any additional charges such as room add on’s or damages.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes and fees.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in: Anytime after 4:00pm (Eastern Time)  While we work to make sure all hot tubs are at full temperature by 4:00pm there are times that deep cleaning/maintence will affect the temperature.

Check out: 11:00am  Check out time is strictly enforced to ensure proper time to clean/maintain the hot tubs.  Guests will be assessed a $50.00 fee per 1/2 hour of overage.

The rooms/suites/cabins at The Abbey – Nashville Indiana all have electronic key pads on the doors.  You will receive your personal key code via email one day in advance of your stay.  You may use the key code to enter your room anytime after 4:00pm the day of your reservation.  Early check in is only available with written consent given the day of your scheduled arrival.  Feel free to email info@abbeyboutiquehotel.com to inquire about early check in.

CANCELLATION:

All rooms, suites and cabins at The Abbey – Nashville Indiana require a 10 day written advance notice to cancel (except during peak season/holidays). Guests providing a written notice ten days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Re-scheduling of dates is available subject to management approval.

Valentines holiday: 2/10/17-2/19/17, 2/9/18-2/18/18, 2/8/19-2/17/19

Memorial day holiday: 5/26/17-5/29/17, 5/25/18-5/28/18, 5/24/19-5/27/19

July 4th holiday: 7/3/17-7/5/17, 7/3/18-7/5/18, 7/3/19-7/5/19

Labor day holiday: 9/1/17-9/4/17, 8/31/18-9/3/18, 8/30/19-9/2/19

Fall Peak Season: 10/6/17-11/13/17, 10/5/18-11/12/18, 10/4/19-11/11/19

Thanksgiving holiday: 11/22/17-11/24/17, 11/21/18-11/23/18, 11/21/19-11/22/19

Christmas holiday: 12/22/17-12/25/17, 12/22/18-12/25/18, 12/21/19-12/25/19

New Years holiday:12/31/17-1/1/18, 12/31/18-1/1/19, 12/31/19-1/1/20

If you need to cancel during any non-cancel time frame we will do our best to re-book your room. If and only if we re-book your room we will refund your card after the check out date of your stay minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any room not re-booked will be charged in full.

If you have ordered outside services such as couples massages, wedding packages, flowers etc. we cannot offer any refunds on these items as they are provided by outside vendors.

PETS

While we love pets at The Abbey – Nashville Indiana, we do not allow them to stay at our properties for all guests enjoyment.  There are boarding facilities in and around Nashville Indiana, Brown County and Bloomington Indiana.  We love www.trydoghouse.com or www.bloomingpaws.net   Bringing a pet into a room, suite or cabin will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee.

SMOKING

The Abbey – Nashville Indiana is a smoke free environment.  There is absolutely no smoking in any indoor space, and limited outdoor smoking locations secluded away from the building.  We will ask guests to leave with out refund if we find they are smoking any where inside.  We will also a charge a $200.00 cleaning fee.

DAMAGES

Excessive wear and tear to the room, destruction of property and hot tubs, smoking or pets in rooms will all be documented and charged appropriately.

QUIET HOURS

For all guests enjoyment we have quiet hours from 10:00pm-8:00am.  We do not allow groups to gather or parties to occur in rooms. Occupancy for rooms/suites is strictly limited to 2 adults.  Anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave without refund.
